Attention Students of Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, School of Communication, and others interested in computing:
We are pleased to invite you to the Second Annual Rutgers Corporate Computing Day to be held on Thursday, September 25, 2008 from 12pm to 4:30pm in the Busch Campus Center. This year’s event is coordinated with Career Services’ Science and Engineering Career Day which will be held the following day on September 26. The Corporate Computing Day showcases the ongoing research and outreach activities at Rutgers through poster board sessions, invited speakers, corporate displays, and interactions with students & faculty. Lunch will be served. The event is expected to attract many corporate recruiters and technical staff. This new format was developed to increase the quality and quantity of career opportunities and highlight activities at Rutgers. Dr. Randal Pinkett, Rutgers University Alumnus, Chairman and CEO of BCT Partners and winner of NBC’s “The Apprentice” with Donald Trump, will be presenting the Keynote Address. Dr. Tomasz Imielinski, Senior VP of Search Technology at Ask.com and Professor of Computer Science at Rutgers, will present our end-note address. We encourage all students to attend and ask that you register online by clicking the button below.
Note: As of 9/24 12:00 pm, name tages have been printed. You may continue to register and submit resumes, but you will not have a printed name tag waiting at the registration table.
