Every student is encouraged to submit a poster for display, and should include your latest research. However, each poster must be approved by your department. For poster approval, help with printing, or other questions, please contact your departmental liaison.

Once your poster has been approved, you can upload it here. Please note: This procedure is not the same as registering to attend. To be registered to attend the event, you must also complete the student registration form and upload your resume.

NOTE:  As of Wednesday, September 24th at 5pm, all posters have been printed and may be picked up at the registration table.  You may continue to submit posters via the link below.  However, you MUST arrange your own printing.  Foam board, tape, push pins, etc will be provided.  Thank you.

Poster Board Guidelines

There are very few mandatory style guidelines. Posters can either be landscape mode, or portrait mode, and can be assembled as a single sheet poster or a collection of smaller sections affixed to a foamcore poster board (available upon request).
